Their second full release on Filthy Rich's 'Control Freq Records' is a great 2 track EP from Midlands DJ / Production duo (J Luv and Richie P).
J Luv has been slowly building her reputation on the club scene over the last 10 years and is regarded as being one of the best female DJs in the midlands. Richie's background is rooted in production where he has spent time refining his skills in the studio and taking his productions to his DJ sets. Together, their strengths and styles compliment each other and have fused to create the unique Dirty Secretz sound.
This pairing are having one hell of a year. Demand for their production skills and DJ sets has been gaining some serious pace. Highlights so far have included Dave Spoon supporting their remix of Filthy Rich’s ‘Dirty Freak 09’ on his Radio 1 show and their own fresh (unofficial) takes on classic tracks like Civilles & Cole ‘Deeper Love’, Robin S ‘Show me love’, Candi Staton ‘You got the love’ & Faithless’ ‘Insomnia’ destroying dancefloor across Europe this summer! With recent releases/remixes on Spinnin, Muzik-K, Baccara & their storming remixes for Control Freq, Dirty Secretz are not much of a secret these days!
This EP is a little deeper than their previous offerings, but by no means less effective on the dancefloor!
